Is ERosanne your real name? Yes and no: 'ERosanne' is my modelling name, but is derived from my real name. My middle name is 'Rosanne,' my first initial is 'E.' I have always signed myself 'E. Rosanne,' so I decided to use 'ERosanne' as my modelling name. I don't usually use my last name for security reasons. What's your first name, then? As I've stated, it begins with 'E.' I don't give out my first name, not because it is bad or embarrassing, but simply because I have never used it; therefore I don't answer to it. It saves embarrassment if people try to refer to me by my first name and I don't realise they're talking to me! Also, I think I'm entitled to some secrets, and it's probably not a good idea to give out my full identity over the internet. Why do you model under a separate identity to your acting? I use a pseudonym so I can keep my modelling identity and my identity as a singer/actress separate. I am not ashamed of my modelling, but some people (wrongly) assume that because of the type of modelling I do, I must therefore be a failed actress. To some narrow-minded people, fine-art modelling is considered 'smutty,' and whilst I don't share this opinion, I am aware that many people who know me as a singer/actress would judge my modelling as a potential hindrance to my acting career. To avoid this situation, I don't link my singing and acting to my modelling images, I maintain two different 'personas.' It may seem that I am trying to hide something to some, but until society in general is more accepting of the human form, I do not wish to be judged by what I do; rather by who I am. In a nutshell: I wanted to change hosting providers, as erosanne.com was hosted by an evil website hosting company (mentioning no names - easyspace!). They wanted to charge me to leave and transfer erosanne.com to another provider, and I wasn't prepared to pay. Therefore the only way to escape was to allow the domain name to expire, at which point another evil company bought the domain name and is now holding it to ransom, expecting me to pay vast amounts of money to reclaim it. Since I have no intention of paying to reclaim the domain, I have now registered erosanne.co.uk and my new website will reside here. My old website needed an overhaul anyway, so I have completely updated the site. There is only one erosanne, the real website for erosanne is now located here, www.erosanne.co.uk Are you still modelling? Where have you been? I haven't retired! I will continue to model as long as people want to book me. I did re-prioritise for a while, as my singing and acting is still my priority, and I needed to focus on that. I worked in Spain for almost a year, and didn't frequently get internet access, it may therefore have appeared that I disappeared off the scene. My return from Spain coincided with the expiry of my former website, so my internet presence has been off-line for a while. However, I have continued to work, and have now updated my portfolio with new images. At present I am working abroad in my 'other capacity' as singer. This may result in long spells out of the country, but I will always fit in modelling assignments when I can and respond to email enquiries as soon as possible. I don't model 'top-shelf' style material, which includes anything pornographic in nature. I realise that the differentiation between erotica and pornography is a grey area, and opinions will differ on this subject. However, if a defining line is essential here, I will not model anything showing genitalia; I do NOT do 'open-leg' work. This does not necessarily mean that I will only pose with my knees together! I am happy to pose in positions which are literally open-legged, however in these cases there is always a means of covering my 'modesty,' whether this be shadow/lighting, angle/position or props*. I also reserve the right to decline any poses which may be clothed but I still consider to be distasteful. Often the defining factor between art and porn is the motivation behind the image, and it may be necessary to assess each individual situation separately. However, if you have any questions or concerns in this area, please contact me to discuss. I would rather have any discrepancies cleared up before a shoot takes place than afterwards or during. I am happy to model mild fetish/bondage material, within the above boundaries. My limits are without exception, there are no existing images beyond these boundaries. *I will only model certain poses with trusted photographers, who I know will not attempt to take advantage of the situation.
